01. Scope
These terms cover use of this website, which Charter Jet One, an air charter broker, operates under the name Jet Cost per Hour. Using the site signals your agreement to them.
02. Broker status
Jet Cost per Hour is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
03. Published figures
Hourly rates, estimator results, route figures and examples are indicative estimates drawn from typical market data. They are not offers to sell, and actual prices for a given flight may be higher or lower.
04. Quotes, agreements and availability
No quote binds either party until a charter agreement has been signed with the operating carrier, whose identity and details are given to you ahead of booking. All aircraft and crew remain subject to the operator confirming availability.
05. Taxes and fees
Each quote itemises applicable taxes and fees, including the US federal excise tax and segment fees for domestic flights and foreign charges for international ones. Variable items, such as de-icing, are explained before booking.
06. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are those set out in your charter agreement. Empty legs and shared flights may be rescheduled or withdrawn by the operator if the trip they depend on changes.
07. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for acts or omissions of operators, airports or other third parties, nor for indirect or consequential losses. This clause does not exclude any liability that the law says cannot be excluded.
08. Use of the site
Submit only accurate information and use the site for lawful purposes. Material on the site is general information and can change without notice.
09. Governing law
The law of the United States and of the State of New York governs these terms.
